We conducted a double-blind, randomized trial to see how well the Bushen Huoxue Formula (BSHXF) works for discogenic low-back pain. Seventy patients received either BSHXF or a placebo alongside lumbar traction for three weeks.
Our results showed that those taking BSHXF experienced significantly less pain and better mobility compared to the control group. Notably, their improvement in function and muscle tone was maintained even one to three months after treatment, with no adverse effects reported.

I researched this supplement and liked that the calcium comes from plant sources, with added magnesium, strontium, vitamin D, and vitamin K, which work together to strengthen bones. Six years ago, my bone density test indicated osteoporosis in my hips and back, accompanied by constant aches. After six months of taking this supplement, my knee pains subsided. My most recent tests show significant improvement since then, which is promising at my age of 74.

Three years ago, I was diagnosed with borderline osteoporosis and was suffering intense pain, awaiting hip replacement surgery. I did extensive research on bone-building supplements and chose New Chapter Bone Strength, which I’ve taken regularly since. My latest bone density scan showed improvement, much to my doctor’s delight, especially considering my limited ability to exercise until recently. I highly recommend this product based on my results.
